Petter Gottschalk er utdannet siviløkonom fra Tyskland med mastergrad fra USA og doktorgrad fra Storbritannia. Han har vært administrerende direktør i ABB Datakabel, Statens kantiner, Norsk Regnesentral og Norsk Informasjonsteknologi. Han har forelest ved Politihøgskolen og er professor ved Institutt for ledelse og organisasjon ved Handelshøyskolen BI.

Petter Gottschalk is Professor of Information Systems and Knowledge Management in the Department of Leadership and Organization at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Norway. He has been the president of a number of companies, including ABB Datacables, Norwegian Computing Center and Norwegian Information Technology. Dr Gottschalk received his MBA in Germany, MSc in the US and DBA in the UK.
